To support employee development and build stronger manager–team relationships, Perfeqta designed and delivered a customized training program focused on career mapping and performance conversations.
The initiative aimed to help employees approach performance reviews with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose—while also encouraging more open, trust-based dialogue between team members and leadership.
We facilitated two one-hour interactive workshops that guided employees through:
- How to prepare effectively for performance reviews
- How to communicate successes and challenges with clarity
- How to receive and apply feedback constructively
- How to take ownership of career growth and advocate for advancement
A key outcome of the training was a five-step career planning and mapping framework, designed to empower employees to plan their growth intentionally and have impactful up-leveling conversations with senior leadership.
This framework served as both a practical tool and a mindset shift—encouraging employees to see career development as a shared responsibility and long-term journey.
