Dr. Holly Davis, SHRM-CP is a Learning & Development Facilitator at Perfeqta, where she designs and delivers dynamic learning experiences that help organizations strengthen inclusive leadership, performance, culture, and change readiness.

With over 12 years of experience in HR, talent development, and diversity strategy, Holly brings a research-driven and people-centered approach to every engagement. She facilitates live and virtual workshops tailored to each audience—from executives to employee resource group leaders—and uses storytelling, real-world scenarios, and evidence-based facilitation to deepen learning and impact.

Collaborating closely with Perfeqta’s consultants, Holly co-develops and refines content, supports clients post-session with practical tools and reflection strategies, and captures insights that inform broader organizational transformation.

She is passionate about creating spaces where leaders can grow with purpose and organizations can cultivate cultures of belonging. When not facilitating, Holly enjoys time with her four children, mentoring emerging women leaders, and contributing to community initiatives that advance equity and empowerment.
