Nicole Santiago

With a background in DEI strategy, program management, consulting, public speaking, and coaching, Nicole blends large-scale corporate expertise with innovative, human-centered frameworks. Drawing on her experience leading DEI for 13 years at Google and now leading her own consulting firm, she helps clients achieve true culture and talent transformation. 

She is passionate about building workplaces where all employees feel seen, supported, and set up to thrive. At Perfeqta, her goal is to help clients embed inclusion into everyday leadership behaviors, elevate employee experience, and build durable systems that fuel belonging and performance.

When not working, you can find Nicole chasing after her two little boys, cooking up a new recipe, or sneaking in a quiet moment with a good book.
