Having worked in operations management for over ten years, Jordan has worked in finance, social assistance services, and most recently, in tech education with General Assembly. 

While working with General Assembly for almost seven years, she spearheaded initiatives, managed multi-disciplinary teams, and put data-driven strategies into practice that ensured program and team success. 

Given her southern roots, her approach to operations can be perceived as embodying the "hostess with the mostess" spirit.  She likes to bring warmth and excellence to the role ensuring a welcoming and high-performing environment. 

When she’s not at work, she loves to unwind by laughing with friends, researching self-improvement and mental health resources, or playing action-adventure video games, which encourages her creativity and helps her strategic agility.
